Professional Overview

Dr. Crystal London is an independent consultant and founder of London BridgED, a research and analytics practice supporting organizations through program evaluation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Her work bridges strategy, data infrastructure, and applied research, helping organizations move from complex questions to defensible, actionable decisions.

She has led and supported multi-site, multi-year engagements with local, state, and federal partners, delivering implementation and impact evaluations, performance monitoring, and strategic analytic support. Her work emphasizes rigor, clarity, and practical use.

Dr. London holds a B.S. in Business (Internal Audit) and a B.A. in Spanish from Louisiana State University, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Louisiana Monroe.

Consulting Practice

Through London BridgED, Dr. London provides engagement-based consulting services tailored to organizational needs and capacity. Her primary areas of practice include:
 
Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Design and execution of implementation and impact evaluations; development of indicators, feedback loops, and learning agendas; and translation of findings into improvement-focused recommendations.
 
Accountability & Performance Monitoring Support for funder reporting, compliance-aligned documentation, outcome tracking, and defensible performance narratives grounded in high-quality data.
 
Data Infrastructure & Analytics Development and refinement of data systems for participant tracking, multi-source integration, de-duplication, data quality rules, dashboards, and repeatable reporting workflows using tools such as Airtable, Excel, SPSS, and visualization platforms.
 
Strategic & Analytic Consulting Problem structuring under constraint; modeling and scenario analysis; decision support for leaders navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, or incomplete data.

Dr. London's deliverables range from technical reports and analytic memos to interactive tools, facilitated learning sessions, and practitioner-facing resources.

In addition to organizational consulting, Dr. London maintains a secondary practice supporting doctoral students and advanced researchers in quantitative methods, mixed-methods design, data analysis, and dissertation completion.
