Dr. Crystal London is an independent consultant and founder of London BridgED, a research and analytics practice supporting organizations through program evaluation, accountability, and continuous improvement. She has led and supported multi-site, multi-year engagements with local, state, and federal partners, delivering implementation and impact evaluations, performance monitoring, and strategic analytic support. Her work emphasizes rigor, clarity, and practical use.
Dr. London holds a B.S. in Business (Internal Audit) and a B.A. in Spanish from Louisiana State University, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
